"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. "It is too expensive for what they are charging. Breakfast has very limited options. Apartments are old. Rooms are touched up and have good lighting. Though bathrooms need a lot of improvement. No proper drainage. Shower has good water pressure and the hot water works."
