The rooms and the property is well maintained. The staff is very nice and very accomodating. My daughter cannot handle spicy food, thank you to the chefs and the service to provide food on special requests! The rooms are well maintained, clean, and have great views! There is also a food court very close by if needed. Overall, a great stay! Thank you! PS: they do not accept international cards at the hotel yet, please make sure you have other means to pay if needed!

Nice weekend stay at Fern Surya

Pros: hotel is clean and good. Rooms are spacious. Service is good. Food taste is good. Hotel comes on main road before Kasauli turn so no traffic issue. Cons: not so great view from room

Stay was fine but at checkout found out that they don’t accept credit cards if they were issued internationally. This was really strange because even local stores accepted Visa cards even if they were issued internationally. They should fix that if they want to cater to all tourists.
