This fully furnished luxurious villa is located right on a sandy beach in Diliso, just a few kilometres from Nea Styra in South Evia, in tropical surroundings, easily accessible from Athens. It is only a 50 minute drive from the Athens Airport Elefterios Venizelou to the port of Agia Marina, and then a 40 minute ferry ride to the village of Nea Styra.
The villa is 10 minutes by car from Nea Styra.
All essentials are available in Nea Styra. There are several small supermarkets, grocery stores, butcher shops and 2 bakeries.
A big variety of tavernas (fish and meat) can be found offering fresh and inexpensive local dishes.
Although the beach in front of the house is magical, South Evia has many beautiful beaches to explore and is ideal for daily excursions.
An ideal location location for family holidays. Possible to commute to Athens for a day of sightseeing. If your dream vacation is spending the whole day on a beach and swimming in clear blue waters, if you are a nature lover, and enjoy relaxing, this is the place to be. For the evenings there are many small picturesque fishing taverns just a few kilometres away.
