"Probably the best place to stay in Palolem. Just a few metres from the beach so no noise at night. Private bathroom so self contained. Indian guests might miss a TV but I didn't as there is only so much cricket that you can watch."

On my first night, I did experience some noise from the restaurant while staying in a beach hut, which was a bit disappointing. However, the way the staff handled it completely turned things around. Without any hassle or questions, they upgraded me to a rooftop room the very next day. That level of responsiveness and care really impressed me. Overall, the customer service here is outstanding. The staff genuinely care about their guests, and it shows. I would highly recommend Simrose Resort for anyone visiting Agonda."
