Sunny beach apartment with amazing view. The house is located in a small fish town Finiki a few miles from the city center of Karpathos. The apartment was built in 2020 & has one double bedroom and a sofa bed and can accommodate up to 3 guests. It combines traditional architecture with chic interiors, fully equipped with modern amenities and a big balcony to enjoy the amazing sea view. The House strictly follows Covid 19 rules One minute walk from the beach, ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Einfach nur traumhaft
Was für eine tolle Wohnung! Sie ist nahezu neu, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alle drei bis vier Tage wurde sie gereinigt, inkl. neuer Handtücher und frischer Bettwäsche. Auf der traumhaften Meerblick-Terrasse mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten kann man dem Treiben der Fischerboote zuschauen, sowie einen Blick auf die Nachbarinsel Kassos werfen. Die Küche, ebenfalls sehr neu, lädt zum Kochen ein. Das Badezimmer ist mit Waschmaschine, geräumiger Duschkabine und vielen Abstellmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Internet ist tadellos und Fernsehen ist ebenfalls vorhanden, falls man bei der Kulisse wirklich einmal Fern schauen möchte. Der Ort Finiki ist ein eigentlich beschauliches Fischerdörfchen mit einem kleinen Stadtstrand, das in der Hauptsaison aber mit seinen fünf Tavernen und einer Beach Bar alles zu bieten hat und zudem noch fußläufig über ein paar Stufen zu erreichen ist. Das beste waren die absolut herzlichen Vermieter, die in der Wohnung unterhalb wohnen. Selten sind wir so verwöhnt worden. Nochmal herzlichen Dank an Sophia und Athanasios. Wir haben uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wieder kommen. Katja & Oliver
