Villa Braide

This beautiful property is located on a large plot in the village of Karojba near Motovun. It is ideal for families, with a large outdoor area. Outside you will find a large pool with a lovely covered dining area near the pool. A beautiful built-in barbecue completes the picture to fully enjoy the outdoor area. The pool is equipped with a massage system. There is also a badminton court and two bicycles to explore the surrounding area. A grocery store, pizzeria etc. are within a short walking distance so you don't have to use a car if you don't want to. Inside you will find a modern, beautifully decorated open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, bright dining and living area, overlooking the surrounding green hills. There is a separate room with a pool table and dart board. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two more upstairs. Two bathrooms and a WC are also available. In the heart of the Istrian peninsula, near the charming medieval hilltop town of Motovun, lies the peaceful and green village of Karojba with this recently built vacation home, exclusively designed for your complete relaxation and comfort. Just a short walk from the villa, there is a pizzeria, a café and a grocery store. A supermarket is 15 minutes away. Discover the beauty of untouched nature during a bike ride through the famous Istrian route Parenzana - a former railroad track, and forget your everyday worries and stress. Only 5 km away, there is a golf practice course and a horse ranch for horseback riding.

We have just stayed at Villa Braide for 1 week but I wish it was 2! It is without doubt the nicest house we have ever rented (and there have been quite a few). Firstly the facilities are great quality and the house was immaculately clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms all a great size, beds very comfortable and air con was fantastic. The location is extremely peaceful but there is a great pizza restaurant just 5 mins walk away. The villa is so spacious and with 4 adults and 2 children we still felt like we had a lot of freedom and privacy. The garden is out of this world - beautiful grass and trees and the most amazing facilities for children including a zip wire, football and badminton net, climbing frame, swings and seesaw. The pool was the perfect size for us and a brilliant temperature. Our 1 year old was very happy to swim in it every day. The owners of the villa are such kind, friendly people gifting us wine and cake. The location is perfect to visit Motovun, Rovinj, Porec etc. we loved getting out and about and visiting all the amazing places nearby. There was a cot and a high chair and toys for the baby. And a pool table and gaming station for our 8 year old - he was in heaven! Cannot recommend Villa Braide highly enough - we will 100% be back!
