I am extremely disappointed with the lack of flexibility and customer care at this hotel. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to check out just a few hours after checking in. Despite informing the hotel promptly and not utilizing the room for the night, they refused to offer even a partial refund, citing rigid policies without any consideration for the circumstances. To make matters worse, they also charged me for breakfast, which I never had, as I checked out the same day. When I asked for an explanation, I was met with the same rigid response — no refund for unused services, no willingness to accommodate or show empathy. I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but a bit of compassion and flexibility can go a long way in building goodwill with guests. Unfortunately, this hotel seems more focused on sticking to rules than providing genuine customer service. I certainly won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Detta ligger mycket centralt i Karlstad. Personalen är mycket hjälpsamma. Rent på rummet. Jag vill varmt rekommendera detta till alla.

Zur Zeit meines Aufenthaltes wurde die Außenfassade renoviert und daher war mein Fenster mit einer Folie zugeklebt was nicht so gut war , ansonsten war der Aufenthalt OK.

Huset renoveras utvändigt, så det var plast för fönstren när vi var där i slutet av maj 2026. Hotellet ligger på våning 4 med en liten hiss, så barnvagn eller rullator är svåra att få in. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal och ett rent och renoverat rum fick vi. Badrummet var dock minimalt. Men vi fick bo mitt i centrum nära järnvägsstationen

Boendet visas fel i annonsen. Lite fel att visa ett stort fint hus och så är det en våning i hela huset som är hotell. Står heller inget om att msn får betala extra för frukost. Ändra denna bild i annonsen det är falsk information.

För dyrt pris för vad man går för pengarna. 1700 kr för ett pyttelitet rum. Glasen står inne i duschen i tvålkorgen, känns inte fräscht. Tvålen utspädd så den var som rinnande vatten. Frukosten fanns väldigt lite att välja mellan. Hade inte gjort något om priset för rummet varit billigare.
