The beautiful holiday home built in 2016, living space 94 sqm with hochwärtiger facilities is located in a quiet side street
between Baltic Sea and beautiful little harbor.
With 2 large sun terraces it offers the guests plenty of space and is tastefully decorated with terrace furniture.
The house is built at ground level and barrier-free.
The luxuriously tastefully furnished house offers guests a sense of well-being.
In the very cozy and outspoken decorative living room the dining area with complete
equipped kitchen flowing into each other.
Wi-Fi, Skay, Blu Ray player, TV, and massage chairs are available,

- 1 bedroom with 140 - 200 m bed
- 1 bathroom with bath, toilet, large sink, with floor-level shower
