Karlshagen, Lissis Feriendomizil - Lissis Domizil

Our beautifully furnished holiday rental is located in one of the oldest houses in Karlshagen. Our house was once home to the town’s first school.
The apartment is approximately 50 square metres and is suitable for 3 adults and 1 child up to 14 years old. It is entirely on the ground floor and has a separate entrance.
In the living-dining area, you’ll find a cosy sitting area with a pull-out couch, as well as an open kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, stove, and drip coffee maker.
The bedroom features a double bed and a bunk bed, along with a bathroom that has a window, toilet, and shower. The sleeping area can be completely darkened using roller blinds. The heating is turned off from May 18 to September 28, 2024; hot water is available. Electricity is not included in the price and is paid on-site based on consumption. One kilowatt-hour costs 0.45 euros—

The outdoor facilities were newly landscaped in 2018.
The driveway to the property is equipped with an electric roll-up gate.

If you’re arriving by train, we’d be happy to pick you up at the station.

Parking, bed linens, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. Towels can be booked for an additional fee.

You’ll receive the Wi-Fi code when you pick up the keys.

You’re welcome to bring your four-legged friend (up to 40 cm in height) with you, subject to prior arrangement with the landlord.
