Great Stay good location and facilities

Our room was large and comfortable with a good view of the town. The sauna and pool were nice, staff was friendly and helpful. A great stay and a good value. Location is perfect. My only complaint is there were often no towels available when I went to sauna. It is uncomfortable to sit in a sauna in a woman's bathingsuit without a towel. I understand where some people take too many of the towels especially large ones. Maybe just more small towels for the sauna.

Tranquila. Cuartos muy bien .limpios. El único pero que los del cuarto de a lado dejaron solo su perro 🐕 en el cuarto y ladro como tres horas.

Ha bra kondis om du har bil som ska parkeras.

Fint hotel men: parkeringen var i ett allmänt garage beläget 12-15 min gångavstånd med över 50 meter nivåskillnad med backar som skulle gjort San Fransisco avundsjukt... Ha bra kondition! Finns en linbana i grannfastigheten ( upptäkte den själv, inget som receptionen informerade om), går 3-4 ggr/tim och kostar pengar. Ac:n lät som ett reaplan och gick inte att ställa hastigheten= gick bara att ha på när man inte var på rummet. Bra frukost. Hyffsat sköna sängar.

Der Herr an der Rezeption bemühte sich sehr um uns. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider keine Parkmöglichkeit und das 500 m entfernte Parkhaus war sehr teuer

Grundsätzlich war nahezu alles positiv was wir in dem kurzen Zeitraum gesehen/erlebt haben: * Sauberkeit und Ausstattung (Safe, TV, Balkon, Kühlschrank) der Zimmer * Sauberkeit des Hotels im allgemeinen * umfangreiches Frühstücksangebot * freundliches Personal * großer Pool und Sauna im Haus * zentrale Lage * Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür Zwei kleine negative Punkte gab es für uns: * das Restaurant bzw. die Hotelbar hat abends scheinbar keine festen Schließzeiten. Wenn das Personal nach Hause geht (warum auch immer), wird das Restaurant auch schon mal 21:00 Uhr geschlossen. * Vor unserem Zimmerfenster war eine Pumpe die ab dem zeitigen morgen durchgängig Lärm gemacht hat, schlafen mit offenen Fenster war nicht möglich.

Everything was perfect, we loved the hotel, food is good, especially the dinner. Only one problem, barely someone speak english, everybody speak german but it was no one speak or unserstand good english..

die Lage ist sehr gut, allerdings muss man einen Parkplatz buchen. Nicht sparen und ein Zimmer nach vorne buchen. Die Betten sind nur 90 cm breit und hart. Frühstück war OK. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schön, allerdings sehr gechlort.

Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft - sehr zentral gelegen im Herzen von Karslabd. Alles zu Fuß erlaufbar. Leider gab es vor dem Haus keinen Parkplatz mehr -wir wurden aber an ein anderes Hotel verwiesen und konnten dort parken. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr ansprechend - das Wasser könnte etwas wärmer sein. Wir hatten in Zimmer in den Innenhof, in dem mitten in der Nacht Mülltonnen hin und hergeschoben wurden - selbst mit geschlossenem Fenster, nicht so besonders.

Schönes Hotel, super Zentral gelegen, gutes Frühstück. Unbedingt Parkplatz reservieren, gibt nur ein paar vor dem Hotel. Spa Bereich ist leider eher ein Witz, also kaum vorhanden. Der Pool ist zwar schön, daneben ist eine kleine Sauna, aber bei nur 4 Liegen und keinen eigenen Bereich zum Ausziehen fürs Saunieren wohl eher schlecht durchdacht. Ansonsten hat es uns trotzdem sehr gut gefallen, wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer im 4 Stock mit herrlichem Blick auf die Innenstadt.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Toll war der Pool im 5 Stock 30 Grad Wassertemperatur und ab7 Uhr früh offen.Das Personal nett. Das Badezimmer und das Zimmer geräumig. Res. für Parkplatz zu empfehlen. S

Sehr tolle Lage im Stadtzentrum von Karlsbad. Auch das Frühstück und das Schwimmbad kann sich sehen lassen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, aber etwas kompakt und nicht all zu hell.

Super Entspannungsurlaub

Es war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub gewesen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das ganze Personal ist extrem freundlich und man war dadurch gerne Gast in ihrem Haus. Wir kommen auch gerne mal wieder. Das einzige ist sehr teure Parkplätze und eine Bar für die Abendstunden hat gefehlt. Liebe Grüße Familie Andreas Kalff
