Sehr freundliches Personal. Leider kein Fitness vorhanden, obwohl es in der Beschreibung stand. Auch das Schwimmbad war nicht benutzbar. Ansonsten ein nettes Hotel mit typisch tschechischer "Adelatmosphäre".

Wir haben dieses Hotel wegen der Wellness geboten gebucht. Fakt ist es gab keine. Im Schwimmbad ist kein Wasser. Massagen im Hotel Fehlanzeige. Frühstück warme Speisen waren kalt. Parksituation unbeschreiblich. Man wurde eingepackt und wenn man Glück hatte war der Fahrer im Haus und man konnte den geplanten Ausflug starten. Keine 4 Sterne wert. Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe. Für ca. 20 Zimmer gibt es max. 8-9 Stellflächen auf dem Grundstück und führt zu einem Car-Tetris, wenn man mit seinem Auto wegfahren will. Der Pool war nicht nutzbar, weil angeblich ein techn. Problem vorlag. Nach Recherche in den Rezensionen bei Google war das bereits vor 4 (!) Monaten der Fall. Das ist Unding. Es gab keinen Zimmerservice. Auch diese Erfahrung mussten bereits gem. Rezensionen andere Gäste machen. Da man diesen Servlce (Aufräumem, Betten machen usw.) in einem Hotel mitbezahlt, fühle ich mich als Gast ein Stück weit betrogen. Vor allem, wenn es in beiden gebuchten Zimmern „passiert“. Dieser Mangel wurde umgehend an den diensthabenden Rezeptionisten gemeldet, der das recht gelangweilt und gleichgültig zur Kenntnis nahm. Es gab keine Entschuldigung. Nix. Das Hotel selber hat eine gute Lage und ist von den Räumlichkeiten super, wird aber nicht seinen tollen Möglichkeiten entsprechend gut geführt. Schade.

Great place

It was a great stay. Rooms are good and beds are comfy. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Only limitation is parking. We got there quite late and almost couldn't fit our car in their space. Service staff at the desk was quite helpful on identifying sites and best routes to walk down to the touristic areas and to help us schedule massages

Schöne Unterkunft Karlsbad

Tolles Hotel in sehr schöner Umgebung. Das Zimmer hatte direkten Blick auf die wunderbare russische Kirche und einen riesigen Balkon. Sauna/Schwimmbad war leider nicht in Betrieb. Hier sollte man vorher nachfragen.

Mit unserer richtigen Einstellung, dass es sich um ein einmaliges Hotel mit "veganer Rohkost" in CZ handelt, können wir nur voll des Lobes sein. Das Essen ist köstlich, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Massagen sind gut und das Schwimmbad erfrischend, sowie die Sauna entgiftend. Wir haben weder Kaffee noch Alkohol vermisst, waren angetan von den wunderbaren Säften und den vielfältigen Wandermöglichkeiten, auf gut beschilderten Wegen. Die Karlsbader Quellen haben ihre Wirkung bei uns voll entfalten können. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr gemütliche Zimmer und schöner Spabereich im Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die rohvegane Küche ist schmackhaft, wenn auch ungewohnt für "Allesesser". Die Stadt ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar, dort gibt es viele Restaurants und Cafés, das Theater und auch die städtischen Bäder.

Duzy i przestronny pokoj, wygodne lozko, lazienka z wanna. W pokoju brak miejsca do pracy (biurko jest male, w calosci zajete przez telewizor i czajnik). Zaskoczeniem bylo weganskie sniadanie i brak kawy - nie kazdemu musi to odpowiadac. Obsluga OK choc podanie sniadania wymagalo interwencji w recepcji. Bardzo drogi parking (15 euro)
