"The rooms are big and I had a very big balcony. The hotel WiFi doesn’t really work. Anytime I would connect, my device would drop off when I try to do anything. Not ideal if you want to remote work. The beds were really hard too, woke up with back pain and a headache. The breakfast was good and there is pool if you don’t want to swim in the sea. The resort is very quiet and relaxing."

"We chose Merope because it was close by to family we were visting, and convenient to shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is in good condition and clean. However, the surrounding area, especially the parking area, was quite dirty, with trash strewn about, overflowing trash cans, and cats everywhere.
