"The location was fantastic, the property was gorgeous but still undergoing some enhacements in landscaping, etc. that causes to put a little bit of a damper in privacy during stay. But the staff was very helpful, especially the restaurant staff, starting from their Executive Chef Siva who was very helpful in recommending food and customizing as needed, alongwith all his wait staff. All in all a great stay, and once the palce is fully done will be a one-of-a-kind in the coastal karnatake region."

"Charges are too high but no proper service. We were not able to close bathroom door it was broken. No remote for AC. Room was not cleaned. No dental kit even after paying so much amount. By the way, Food was good."

We were very dissappointed with the reception staff who was extremely rude. Despite our request to get the room cleaned, it was not done. Instead of accepting his mistake he was arguing and stating absurd rules that permission was not given by the occupant. I dont know how else you should tell them for getting the room cleaned. "Stay was comfortable. But we were provided 2 single beds instead of king size. Best part is the roof top pool. Weather is an add on."
