"Although I can't compare it to the Novotel next door because I haven't stayed there, I would booked this hotel both in and out on my New Zealand trip and was utterly happy with the convenience, staff, cleanliness, courtesy ... need I go on?"

"The people who work at this hotel are so helpful and so wonderful. We also had dinner here and dinner was fantastic. The room was exactly what we needed for one night stay and they allowed us to keep our bags there the entire next day while we bounced around Auckland until our flight took off. I would recommend this hotel."

"Location was great and easy to get to off the motorway. We used the valet parking which was super convenient and the staff were great. Our room was spacious and very clean. Well equipped with what we needed, except no microwave. We had buffet breakfast and were spoilt for choice. Food was delicious. The outdoor pool was warm enough for an early morning swim then spa. Loved our stay!"
