Maids need to clean rooms better, floors didn’t appear to be cleaned ! Water needs to be hotter too, tried showering at different times but made no difference ! "Excellent place to stay, particularly for families with young kids. We're all grown up but it was still really good. Suitable for disabled people. The private beach is such a flex as well, and it felt very safe. The food was decent considering they're cooking at scale 24/7. There is entertainment during the day and at night including live music. Being a resort, it felt a little insular as I guess many guests don't really leave the place because they have everything there, like a mini-town. But...

"Arrived at midnight after a long journey - the Receptionist and Hotel Manager were there to greet us with a warm welcome. The hotel is set in a quiet location which is just so relaxing! "Reception staff and in ‘restaurant’ good. Animation shocking . But I know there is a reason I don’t do all inclusive and this reconfirmed. Food shocking, canteen like restaurant. I paid less than half price of this in pefkos and had breakfast and great service . The area around hotel not good. And the smell ! The rooms are nice but I wouldn’t be paid to stay there. Thank heavens it was only for one night. The old town is lovely with some great little bars / restaurants and only 24 minute walk....
