One of the Customer Service went above and beyond (IRA) who assited with taxis and translating my requirements and also assisting in extending my stay ensuring I got the best deal. The room I had was a garden room and although spacious it was poorly equipped and in need of modernisation as decor very tired also a nice touch would be to provide bottled water on a daily basis. The room I had was a garden room and although spacious it was poorly equipped and in need of modernisation as decor very tired also a nice touch would be to provide bottled water on a daily basis. The breakfast on site is in a nice location with the option to eat outside and again the staff very attentive. Finally the Miami Cafe again a nice location however the menu needs to change daily for a long term stay the options get repetative and force you consider meal options. There are few options outside due to the remote location of the property. I must add all staff here are excellent and made a difference to my stay. Thank you"
