Karatu is the town closest to most of Tanzania's main National Parks so here you are excellently located if you are interested in going on safari or any cultural tour. Safari wildlife parks nearby are Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti, Lake Manyara and Tarangire to mention the biggest and most popular. Many cultural tours are also possible from Karatu, for example Ngorongoro Conservation Area biking to waterfall and elephant caves, Lake Manyara hiking, Coffee Plantations, Hadzabe-, Datoga tribes and more. Great place to stay - especially considering its price In addition, the hot water in the room plus lovely free breakfast make it a good deal for a Budget Hostel. But apart from all that, the reason I had a great time here is because the people were very friendly and willing to help you out or show you around: they' can also help arrange your adventures safari through their safari company! The property is close to Ngorongoro its easy and cheap to get joining safari! I highly recommend Jambo Rooms Cheers, Jacoby
