10/10 Excellent

Neptune was a paradise hidden in the middle of the forest. The facilities are well kept and looked after. The food was amazing. The service hands down was the best service we have ever experienced. The staff is happy to help and accommodate. They go above and beyond to make your stay an awesome experience! I would 100% recommend this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. Joseph, Martina, Clara were great. The cleaning crew were superb! Restaurant staff was always...
