"terrible check-in, I booked 2 economy rooms, and the staff tried to give me one economy condo stating that this is equal to two rooms, I refused, and then they gave me rooms without AC, then I pointed out to them it cleared say in the website that there is AC, finally they gave me 2 rooms, the bathroom is tiny, the toilet seat is literally attached to the shower wall on the left side, you can not sit properly on it, the elevator was not working, I tried to cancel the reservation, unfortunately,...
