The room was really nice but quite small. The bathroom was tiny, couldnt reach the pegs/towels at the top. It states daily house keeping but our room was not cleaned once, we had to ask for bottles of water, fresh towels and toilet paper which they did give straight away. The older man called Khaled in the restaurant was really nice and welcoming and looked after us. The tall receptionist was very friendly and gave us good suggestions. Another member of staff called Moustafa was very unwelcoming after we did not book any tours with him. He did not even speak to us after this and was quite rude- this was quite off putting staying in the hotel.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Everything was ready upon arrival, which made the check-in smooth and easy. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The location is convenient and close to many important spots. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would stay here again.
