The room was clean, the staff is fantastic, the location is perfect. Easy access to Lambton Quay for buses, restaurants, shops, the cable car station to ride up for great scenic views and proximity to the observatory. A couple of blocks to waterfront for ferry rides, museums, restaurants, and shops. Definitely coming back on our next visit to Wellington.

Front desk staff were courteous and helpful Liked the stack car parking. It worked really well. Enjoyed being close to shops and restaurants and the waterfront wasn’t far away. Like having a washer and dryer Did not like: - no windows opened and air became stale - 2 chairs to watch tv from were small and uncomfortable - no bedside lamps - dryer not vented so when drying clothes the bathroom sweats

"Great view from the south side, very comfy bed, was like sleeping in a cloud. Room was very clean. Gym was small but well equipped for the size of it & was nice and bright. Staff helpful & friendly. Restaurant was good. Its location at the airport is perfect."
