Excellent breakfast menu and really good service. Gym is well-equipped and indoor pool and steam room are well-maintained. Shamoon at the gym was really accommodating and made the whole experience really good. Overall excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

Ayman was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. This was our very first stay at PC, and it exceeded all our expectations. The hotel shows a bit of age but is well-maintained and comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering both local and continental choices that were fresh and delicious. The Executive Lounge was a great addition — with a nice selection of small bites, snacks, and drinks throughout the day. The staff were friendly ( I will mention Abdel from breakfast service area) and attentive across all areas, making the stay even more pleasant. The location is also fantastic, close to everything you’d want to explore. Overall, a wonderful stay and great value for the experience.
