For Karachi a very good Hotel. Big rooms, comfortable beds and very clean. Excellent is the Chinese Restaurant. Good service. Fast Check in.

Home away from Home

After a long flight from Houston found another home. Excellent facility - Staff is well trained/professional & courteous. Much better then other 5 Stars Retro 70's Hotels in the City. Breakfast Buffett is spotless clean and along with lot of variety. Surely coming back again......

Terrible bed. They should have hard mattresses. Housekeeping staff keeps ringing the room bell to ask if we need anything. They wake me up at least three times. They are mainly after the tip. The room key stopped working. I had to go down to the reception to get it fixed 3 times in my 2 nights' stay. According to their staff, it gets deactivated if it is kept near to mobile phone. Funny!

At the time of check in the staff expected us to sleep three people on one bed. Though i mentioned the age of child was 15. This is not acceptable, but the night shift staff understood the situation and provided us extra bed.

Day time staff was very professional and good in hospitality. But night staff was really unprofessional and rude. I am regular customer of Avari Towers since long.Never faced this kind of front desk staff before. Very disappointed with night staff. Overalls Service were good like always.

I had an excellent stay at the Avari Hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always going the extra mile to assist. What really stood out were the unique amenities: an on-site barber, currency exchange, and even a fleet of cars available for guests, which made getting around the area super convenient. The room was thoughtfully stocked with extras like a dental kit, shaving kit, and shoe shine kit, which I’ve rarely seen even in high-end hotels. The food was great, and service across the board was consistently top-notch. The only thing I wish they offered was the ability to buy a local mobile SIM or plan on-site instead of having to go to an external store. Would absolutely recommend staying here—great value, excellent service, and lots of thoughtful touches.
