" The Villa is fantastic and sea view- spectacular. The villa is very well equiped with any kind appliences. There are a few things that people need to bear in mind when renting the villa:- in practice, it has 4 bedrooms that can be used, although it si marked to have 6. Our intention was to use 5 but the bedroom in the basement is unusable.- there was no cleaning service during our stay 7 days. Although the villa costs significant amount, no one came to change our towels or bed sheets.- during our 7-day stay, no one came to clean the swimming pool, so we had to clean it ourselves.- We also had an issue with the lack of some basic consumables during our stay, but eventually got compensated by the host."

"This hotel is lovely! The location is fantastic because you are literally 2-3 minutes walk away from the beach. There are shops and restaurants with anything you would need within 5 minutes and even some fancier restaurants within 10-15, but the hotel itself is in a very quiet area. Old Sozopol takes about 20 minutes to reach on foot. The front desk folks are incredibly helpful. They recommended restaurants, helped us set up a boat tour, provided us with a beach umbrella, etc. You do need to rent the beach towels, or you can buy some in town. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool where you can clean up after the beach. One odd thing to mention - our room did not have a real "shower," just a faucet and showerhead combo that stuck out of the bathroom wall. That meant every time someone showered, the toilet and bathroom floor got all wet. Overall, the positive aspects far outweigh this one little quirk. And maybe not all rooms have this."

"I would say it is a very family-friendly hotel. The animation team was excellent and did a great job entertaining the children. The only disappointment was that the hotel was advertised as offering a “full-service spa”, while in fact there was no operational sauna or any other steam room facilities. Only this aspect did not meet our expectations."
