"We are a family of four (2 boys; 15 & 13 years old) and we were looking for a nice, clean, original apartment / chalet near the Kitzsteinhorn cable car. All this we found at Dorfchalets Kaprun. On top of that, Nina was extremely helpful and anxious to give us the best service possible. Thank you so much for that! The chalet itself is nicely done and with perfectly enough space for all four of us. The bathroom was spacious and separating toilet from shower is a good move to reduce 'waiting...

"We spent a couple of days in the mountains - away from everything else. And this accomodation is perfectly made for that! It is a very beautiful house and has everything one would need to relax and enjoy the time there (large balcony, sauna, barbecue...). Location is great offering great views!"

"The Aurora mountain chalet was fitted out to a very high standard. It had everything required for a relaxing vacation. The views were amazing and the location in the village of Kaprun was very quiet and peaceful. The cycle path was only a few meters away and a short ride or walk straight to the cable car and restaurants. We were there in June 2021 so we only used the sauna a couple of times but it is a nice touch. A small downside the week we were there they were resurfacing the access road and...

"Die angegebene Waschmaschine und der Toaster fehlten. Sehr kleine Kaffemaschine für 4 Tassen. Brühvorgang dauerte 25 Minuten. Habe bei Vera moniert, Sie wollte eine größere Kaffeemaschine besorgen. Kam aber keine Rückmeldung mehr. Essensteller waren nicht für 10 Personen vorhanden. Unterschiedliche Teller für 8 Personen. Keine Eierbecher. Besteck reichte auch nicht für 10 Personen. Kaffetassen, große Humpen, und alle unterschiedlich zusammen gesammelt. Tischdecke auf der Terasse schmudelig,...

"Chalet in a good location for local restaurants & near buses for ski lifts. The listing implies the hot tub is included but actually this is extra as we were surprised to find out during our stay. Would also recommend to the hosts that a review of kitchenware is undertaken. There were not enough knifes for food preparation or wine glasses for number of occupants allowed in the Chalet as an example."

"The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities. Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too. Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc),...

"Really nice, clean and cosy apartment. 12 minute walk to the centre. It would be helpful if they left extra toilet paper, as well as bin bags for the guests to throw any extra rubbish. "
