In the district of Hof 2 km from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, on a slope. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Hof" 60 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 22.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

Schöne Zeit in Kappl

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung und super hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Würden jederzeit wieder dort hin. Skibus ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen ubd fährt regelmäßig. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge und ruhige Lage.

Alojamiento amplio, tranquilo y muy limpio. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Camas muy cómodas. Vistas preciosas desde su amplia terraza. La atención de la propietaria excelente en todo momento, todo fueron facilidades por su parte :) Sin duda es un sitio que recomendaría para unas vacaciones

We arriveerden zaterdag 30 -7 al vroeg na een voorspoedige reis. De verhuurder was bezig met een grondige schoonmaak van het appartement, maar stemde onmiddellijk toe dat we onze bagage al in een schoongemaakte kamer konden plaatsen, waarna wij het dorp in konden om de boodschappen te doen. Na terugkomst hartelijk welkom geheten inclusief snaps! een zeer complete vakantie woning, met royale slaapkamers en uitstekende bedden. Een royaal balkon met tuinset. en schitterend uitzicht.

Perfekter Skiurlaub

Wir sind mit 2 Familien inklusive 3 Kindern unter 8 Jahren angereist und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Ski Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke und die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend. Gerne immer wieder.

Een zeer fijn verblijf gehad. De gastvrouw (en heer) zijn enorm gastvrij. Door de eigen voordeur heb je de hele verdieping echt voor jezelf. De auto staat overdekt, en de broodjes-service is geweldig! Het ruime appartement en balkon zijn voortreffelijk, erg compleet en super schoon! Op z’n Oostenrijks mist er wel een lekkere zitbank.

prachtig appartement met een zeer ruim balkon. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. De eigenaresse was zeer vriendelijk. Door omstandigheden kwamen wij pas heel laat in de avond aan, maar dit was voor haar totaal geen probleem. Het appartement was goed schoon en alles was aanwezig,

Mooi, schoon en volledig appartement met ruim balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Auto voor de voordeur overdekt te parkeren. Rustig gelegen. Vriendelijke eigenaresse die bereid was tot het verlenen van service. Mooie omgeving met veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en wandelingen. Dankzij gratis Silvrettakaart gratis toegang tot bergliften en zwembaden in het hele dal. Ouders met kleine kinderen doen er goed aan speelgoed mee te nemen, dit is niet aanwezig. Heerlijke vakantie gehad! Aanrader!

- Seilbahnen haben erst am 23.6. Saison eröffnet, davor wäre die Silvretta - Karte nutzlos! Reisetipps: - Restaurant's waren teilweise noch geschlossen (Saison bedingt)- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren super- Ausflüge nach Südtirol + Schweiz (alles gut zu erreichen)- Silvretta - Karte einfach top

Eine liebenwerte und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, ein sehr schönes Haus, die tolle Lage und Aussicht vom Balkon, eine atembenemende Natur und nicht zu vergessen die Benutzung der kostenlosen Silvrettakarte(!) – waren Rezept für einen herrlichen Urlaub.Wir werden mit Sicherheit noch einmal zurückkommen!
