The new apartment "Riverfront" is located on the beautiful south port of Kappeln and has an unrestricted view of the city's bridge. There are some museum ships there. The 78 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of the district and has three rooms.

The bright living / dining area is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen and sufficient comfortable seating. There is also access to your own terrace. It comes with garden furniture and a wooden grill.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and one with 2 single beds (90 x 200cm). There is also a sofa bed in the living room on which 1 child could sleep.

The daylight bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

Perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende

Mein Bruder und ich waren dort für 4 Tage und können nur Positives berichten. Die Wohnung ist ser geräumig, sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist man in der Stadt und einige sehr empfehlenswerte Restaurants befinden sich direkt am Hafen. Hier gibt es aus meiner Sicht nur die kleine Einschränkung, dass unter der Woche direkt vor der Terrasse relativ reger LKW-Betrien herrscht. Ich denke es handelt sich um Anlieferung für die Fabrik am Museumshafen. Fazit: für einen Kurzaufenthalt perfekt, für längere Zeit aus meiner Sicht etwas zu geräuschintensiv.

Immer fair bleiben und den Humor behalten!

Unsere Buchung erfolgte so zeitnah, dass eine Stornierungsfrist entfiel. Im Buchungsportal fe.wo hatten wir barrierefrei angeklickt (wg. Rollstuhlfahrer), wurden bei der Suche auf behindertenfreundliche Angebote geleitet, ein Umstand, den ich nach erfolgter Buchung erkannte. Eine Nachfrage bei der Vermieterin führten zu den freundlichen Hinweisen die Wohnung sei barrierefrei und Rollstuhlfahrer seien zurecht gekommen. Wir wünschten dem Alltag, der anstehenden Hitzewelle im Münsterland zu entfliehen und suchten dringend Erholung, also nichts wie hin. Kappeln an der Schlei und die nahegelegenen Nachbarorte sind eine Reise wert. Jederzeit. Klasse. Dann zum Abend am Hafen ein ehrliches Bier in der Sky Sportsbar, am Nachmittag ein köstliches Stück Kuchen im Müllers Café, und am Anreisetag die beste Rettung, wenn die Bürgersteige außerhalb der Saison um 21:00 Uhr hochgeklappt werden, die Palette in der Kehrwiedergasse. Ausnahmslos schmackhaft die Küche der Meerestochter. Einkaufs- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten reichlich vorhanden. Das Haus zur Wohnung (EG li.) mit Aufzug und Tiefgarage (für kleine Autos top, für Kombi und Co. eng, manche zogen es vor draußen zu parken), beides hervorragend gepflegt, ist schön am Hafen gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, top gepflegt, verfügt über einen hellen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Terrasse und 2 helle Schlafzimmer. Ausstattung ist sehr gut und ausreichend. Das Bad ist sehr schön und äußerst gepflegt. Alles top für Fußgänger. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Schlei ist traumhaft. Es gibt immer etwas Interessantes zu sehen. Empfehlenswert. Für Rollstuhlfahrer: Der Duschkabine und dem leider festinstallierten Waschbeckenunterschrank ist es geschuldet, dass der Platz zum Rangieren im Bad mit Rollstuhl zu eng ist. So entfiel für meinen Mann, der nicht kurz aufstehen kann, die Nutzung der Dusche. Die im hinteren Bereich befindliche Toilette war nur vorwärts- und rückwärtsfahrend zu erreichen. Die Terrassentür ist nicht ebenerdig. Auch dumm gelaufen, dass wir einen Zeitraum gebucht haben, in dem der benachbarte Speicher in Ferienwohnungen und Geschäftsräume umgewandelt wird und die Außenbaustelle sehr aktiv mit Flex, Bagger, Bodenverdichter usw. betrieben wurde. Somit war um 06:00 Uhr die Nacht rum und Ruhe kehrte erst nach 16:00/18:00 Uhr ein (Mo-Sa). Ein Hinweis hierauf wäre toll gewesen. Wir sind früher abgereist. Gern hätten wir die volle Punktzahl gegeben. Sehr schade. Martin und Martina Boelsen

tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende mit 2 Kindern unter 3 und einem großen Hund da und haben uns in der sehr neuen und sauberen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Reisebett und ein Hochstuhl wurde uns gestellt. Dass der Tiefgaragenstellplatz sehr eng, wurden wir schon vorher mit Fotos und Maßen vorgewarnt. Eine kleine Abtrennung zum Nachbarbalkon wäre noch ganz gut, dass Hund und Kinder nicht auf einen Besuch rüber gehen. War aber kein wirkliches Manko. Hafen und Innenstadt sind schnell Fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank

Wochenendtripp

Eine sehr gut und schick eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Baustelle neben an hat uns nicht gestört, da keiner am Wochenende gearbeitet hat. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar und der Blick auf die Schlei und Brücke ist unbezahlbar. Ein sehr ruhiges Haus und der TG Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Für Fahranfänger jedoch eine Herausforderung… man muss zwischen zwei Pfeilern einparken. Mit einem SUV möglich. In dem Zimmer wo die Einzelbetten stehen ist ein sehr schmaler Regalschrank. Klamotten, die man aufhängen möchte, kann man ja aber im großen SZ verstauen.

Die Wohnung ist schön. Allerdings gibt es eine, wenn der Wind richtig steht, sehr laute Klappbrücke. Morgens um 5.45 ist das schon nett.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Alles wie beschrieben, sehr gemütlich, sogar Sitzauflagen wurden uns noch besorgt. Schöner Blick von der Terasse, es gibt immer was zu entdecken. Die Baustelle hat uns persönlich jetzt nicht gestört. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Frau Haida
