Welcome to "Marina Bay 54" in Olpenitz!
This holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea, with approximately 85 m² of living space.
Unwind on the sofa at the end of your vacation days and prepare delicious meals in the kitchen.
A high chair and a travel cot are available for our younger guests.
One of the two bedrooms on the first floor offers a comfortable double bed (180x200cm), a desk, and a flat-screen TV (with Magenta TV).
The other bedroom features two single beds (each 90x200cm) and a sofa bed (140x200cm).
For restful nights, both bedrooms are equipped with insect screens and blackout curtains.
One of the two bathrooms is located on the ground floor and features a towel warmer, a shower, and the highlight: an infrared sauna – pure wellness! Here you can warm up and relax after long walks on the beach.
The second bathroom on the first floor offers a towel warmer, a hairdryer, and a bathtub.
From the living room, you can access the terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and barbecue with the whole family on warm evenings.
On cold days, the fireplace invites you to warm up, and the Nintendo Switch promises fun for the whole family.
The lounger and the reclining chair invite you to read in the sun.

Das Haus ist toll! Sie Bauarbeiten die ganze Woche direkt vor dem Haus nicht so. Aber es gibt dort noch viel zu tun. Verständlich also. Im Sommer sollen die Bauarbeiten dann ruhen.

Wir waren dabei, Straßenbau bzw. Erneuerung Herbst 2024: Sind Wiederholungstäter, es ist einfach klasse und sehr empfehlenswert. Garantiert kommen wir auch ein drittes Mal hierher. Genau wie letztes Mal, alles ordentlich hinterlassen, Müll wegbringen, und Kaution kommt problemlos zurück. 5 Sterne in jeder Kategorie. Danke und bis bald, viele Grüße aus Höxter.

Alles super. Haus sehr sauber und neu. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Die Baustelle in der Umgebung hat nicht besonders gestört.

In ALLEN Punkten 5 Sterne perfekt gelaufen. Tolle Unterkunft, wirklich schöne Anlage. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Baustellensituation war uns bewusst und bekannt, das störte uns nicht. Aber man sollte es wissen. Kaution wurde unkompliziert zurückerstattet, wir haben uns an Regeln gehalten (Müll wegbringen, Grill reinigen, ordentlich und pfleglich mit dem Eigentum anderer umgehen). Alles im Leben ist ein Geben und ein Nehmen, hier ist alles perfekt organisiert und völlig unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern und garantiert wieder. DANKE und Grüße aus Höxter.

Ein tolles Ferienobjekt!

Super Ausstattung, sehr sauber und gepflegt, gute Erreichbarkeit der Agentur bei Fragen. Lediglich die sich zum Teil noch im Bau befindliche Umgebung schmäht den perfekten Eindruck etwas, aber das sollte sich im Laufe des Jahres ja ändern. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht allzu viel Wert auf viel unbebaute Umgebung legt!

Schön und Urlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus. Die Gegend wird gerade in den letzten Zügen fertiggestellt. Der Weg zum Strand ist mit einem Bollerwagen und Kindern in gut 12 Minuten mögllich. In dem Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Selbst bei einem Problem ist schnell jemand von der Ferienhausverwaltung vor Ort und gibt Hilfestellung. Für jemand, der absolute Ruhre und sehr viel Platz für sich braucht, ist Olpenitz vielleicht nichts, aber für einen sommerlichen Familienurlaub absolut.
