Cozy apartment in Olpenitz with sauna

Situated directly on the harbour basin of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, with an unobstructed view of the harbour and beyond to the Baltic Sea, SURFERS LOUNGE invites you to enjoy a cruise on site. The popular harbour promenade with its small shops is within walking distance for a stroll and offers the opportunity to treat yourself to souvenirs and beautiful things.



The open-plan living and dining area with integrated kitchen is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and watching the daily sunrises will be an unforgettable holiday experience. From here, guests have access to the large terrace. The view of the harbour, water, ships and the distant Baltic Sea gives you the feeling of being a captain on a long voyage for a while. The terrace extends in a tapered shape around the entire apartment and reinforces the feeling of being on deck. Stylish outdoor furniture is available for dining or simply relaxing in this unique atmosphere.



The living area is dominated by the comfortable lounge area with TV and wood-burning stove, which manages to turn even the dullest of days into cosy days. The furnishings of the SURFERS LOUNGE are Nordic and cosy and are underlined with fresh BoHo accents.



The fully equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired and awakens the desire to prepare tasty treats to enjoy together. And the harbour view always accompanies you.



Passengers have two equally high-quality and tastefully furnished bedrooms at their disposal. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a television. Restful sleep is guaranteed and beautiful dreams will come naturally.



Another highlight is the shower room. In addition to everything useful, a floor-level shower and an infrared cabin are waiting to pamper guests. Be it after a day at sea or a long day at the beach.



A car parking space is available at the house.



Our favourite spot: Start the day with a hearty breakfast on the terrace with a view of the harbour and the sunrise.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.

Unser Aufenthalt

Das Objekt ist sehr schön und für Familien ist eine schöne Umgebung. Wir persönlich mussten feststellen, dass ein solch großes Resort nicht unser Ding ist. Zudem war es sehr ärgerlich, dass für den Preis ein Problem, was wir mit der Lautstärke der Heizung hatten, nicht behoben wurde. Zumal wir feststellen mussten, dass dieses Problem wohl schon länger bekannt ist.
