Staff was friendly and great. Beds were hard as a rock, even after they added a mattress topper. Water wouldn't get warm first thing in the morning to take a shower. Door to the room doesn't shut on it's own, have to pull it tight s it sounds like you're slamming it every time. Very pricey on the ...
