"It is a lovely hotel! Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were helpful. Location is fantastic, just next to old town and the harbour. Lots of good restaurants close by like Chistomomo and Fourogatos. Two small issues. Room was very tiny, but nice balcony was lovely. The description led us to believe airport shuttle was included but that was wrong. You have to take a taxi there and back! "

"Hotel was perfect for me and my wife, the ambassador room was amazing, spacious and with private balcony on the top floor. Loved having breakfast in our room everyday. The staff were amazing and very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all couples"

"The property is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I do not think the property is at 5 stars as the finishings in the room and attention to detail seemed rushed. Our phone and air were not working, the phone was fixed but we got tired about asking for help with the air as the room gets very muggy because there is not ventilation and a lot of windows. "
