A beautiful little stay in a perfect location. Special mention to Joanna was very helpful in assisting us with recommendations on where to go, her hospitality was greatly appreciated and memorable.

The Hotel Castell was well located and very clean and spacious. The operators Niki and Katerina were very helpful with advice about places to eat, insisted on printing out my ferry ticket for me and arranged a taxi to get me to the ferry early in the morning. They were also great sources of advice about what to do in Kissimos. When I return to Kissimos I will be staying at the Hotel Castell!!!

Fantastic seafront hotel. Sits right on the waterfront in the village. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a dedicated parking area available next to the public carpark. The rooms are simple but stylish with nice balconies overlooking the sea. We stayed here for 3 nights and wish we had stayed longer. You can get ferries to teh nearby beaches or you can walk the E4 trail. The downstairs does great coffee aswell as typical greek food. There are two bakeries in town that have...

The place was pristine and easy to find. The Check in process was a little awkward as we did not realise there was no onsite reception. We had to do some ringing around before we got someone, they said they had sent infomation via booking .com ,( as we were with Hotels .com , that didnt work) and we did not recieve any. But we resolved this .

A stunning and amazing hotel!! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved our room, the building, our breakfasts, the staff were lovely, very helpful with top customer service. Strongly recommend it for a short or long stay. It is centrally located in the Old Chania district, with shops, restaurants and the harbour around the corner. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend staying here, can’t believe we got to stay at such an amazing place for a very good price. The balcony view was beautiful. Extremely good location in the old town, got to walk everywhere so easily. So many amazing restaurants nearby (just be careful of ‘En Plo’ seems to be a tourist trap scam restaurant - look at google reviews). This is an excellent property and is beautifully decorated. It is very quiet and has excellent bedding and air conditioning. One thing to note is that the WC is downstairs in the Constantinople Suite. This can be very tricky to navigate on a narrow staircase in the middle of the night. This is not highlighted on your website. Also, the access is very tight for a vehicle. We had a tiny car and it was difficult negotiating the narrow lane and car park.

Air con was great and parking was right outside the hotel so perfect for convenience. All staff were super helpful and our best stay of the 9 days in Greece. Very clean room with amazing view.

How amazing is this property! Nothing is less than perfect. The wonderful staff, the wonderful Eva and the staff who served us breakfast. Speaking of breakfast- wonderful selection and quality. Eva was so attentive, friendly and helpful Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful views from our balcony. Just magical and picturesque I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chania A++++
