  • Keep it simple in this peaceful and centrally-located apartment. Everything you would need to spend a week working remotely while in KC. High-speed wifi, 2 smart TV's, Work out facilities, washer & dryer in unit, fully stocked kitchen and more.

    this apartment is 2 blocks from the Uptown theater and easy to access the plaza and downtown KC

    We require renters to be 21 years old or older.
    - Breaking any house rules results is a $500 fine and immediate booking termination
    - Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm
    - Keys/ key fob must be returned (replacement costs are $100 per key fob and $70 to re-key the locks)
    - No Smoking
    - No Parties
    - Pets are NOT allowed


    One dedicated space in the on-site garage, available for a $10 daily fee.
