The Space:
Enjoy an open, airy loft with historic character and plenty of space to settle in. Oversized windows, exposed brick, bold artwork, and a striking checkerboard rug give the space its distinctive Kansas City style.

LIVING & DINING
Relax on the comfortable sofa, catch a movie on the large TV, or gather around the kitchen island. The pullout sofa accommodates two additional guests, allowing the loft to sleep up to four.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous counter space, and an island with bar seating. Prepare a meal, enjoy a relaxed breakfast, or grab a morning coffee before exploring the city.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The private bedroom features a comfortable bed, its own TV, generous closet space, and Kansas City-inspired design. The bathroom includes a modern vanity and a spacious walk-in shower.

EXPLORE EAST CROSSROADS
Stay in one of Kansas City’s creative neighborhoods, surrounded by galleries, colorful murals, local breweries, restaurants, and nightlife. Browse the Crossroads Arts District, head out for dinner, or plan an evening of live entertainment.

Nearby dining options include Grinders for pizza and Philly cheesesteaks, and Jack Stack Barbecue at the Freight House for a classic Kansas City barbecue meal.

You’ll also be close to the Power & Light District, the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, and downtown entertainment.

GETTING HERE
Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is approximately a 25-minute drive away. Allow extra time for traffic.

Whether you’re here for a concert, a weekend getaway, or a longer city stay, this loft makes a comfortable home base for exploring Kansas City.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire loft. You can also visit Bar Phoebe, the building’s rooftop bar, during its operating hours. The rooftop is a public bar space, and access is subject to the bar’s hours and entry policies.

The Neighborhood:
Guests can park in the gravel parking lot directly across from the building.

East Crossroads is easy to explore on foot, with restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, galleries, and nightlife within a few blocks of the loft.

For exploring farther afield, Uber and Lyft are convenient options. A car can also be useful for trips beyond the downtown area or visits to the major sports stadiums.

The free KC Streetcar offers another way to explore the city. Board at the Crossroads stops near 19th and Main to reach destinations along the route, including downtown, River Market, Union Station, and the Country Club Plaza area.

Getting Around:
Guests can park in the gravel parking lot directly across from the building.

East Crossroads is easy to explore on foot, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, breweries, and galleries within a few blocks of the loft. The historic 18th & Vine Jazz District is also nearby.

For destinations farther away, Uber and Lyft are convenient options. Having a car can be useful for exploring beyond downtown or visiting the major sports stadiums.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. Please contact us in advance; availability is not guaranteed.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the loft. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette waste properly.

NO PETS
Pets are not permitted in this unit.

RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS
Please keep noise at a considerate level and respect fellow residents and neighbors, especially during quiet hours.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The loft accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. All overnight guests must be included in your reservation.

GUEST VERIFICATION
Before check-in, guests must complete our verification process, which includes providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact information, and providing a valid credit card in a name matching the ID.
