There went options for a free breakfast and what was offered was expensed for the lack of choices provided. Room was fairly clean and comforters were either stained or dirty. There is nothing close in proximity to the hotel and the neighboring convention center is boarded up. There were several small groups of people standing around on the street corners. Def felt uncomfortable. We went down to the front desk several times to request extra pillow and there was never anyone in sight.

The night clerk Lilly was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean and very quiet. The beds were too low IMHO.

The staff here were wonderful and helpful. Seemed like it may have been understaffed though. The surroundings were ok but didn’t seem like there were many places to go to like restaurants or parks but I could be wrong. Carpets seemed a bit older and musty and the chlorine smell from the pool was pretty strong in the lobby.

Had to book with them after another hotel did not work out. I will definitely be staying with them for future stays. Super friendly staff! Professional and ready, I half expected them not to have my booking ready because I booked it so quickly third party and was happily surprised they were ready for me. Cheap, plentiful, secure parking. Close interstate/highesy access, within 10 min of downtown and Westport. Clean room. Quiet area. Pleasantly surprised! Check them out!

Great hotel, not in an overly nice area of town but not terrible. Had a homeless person ask for money outside the hotel doors. Rooms were nice, staff friendly. Perfect for an overnight stay. Bar & restaurant was closed on a Saturday night so that was a bummer.

Our room wasn't ready at check-in. However, the front desk staff were incredible kind. They sent someone to clean the room as soon as we arrived. We parked in the secure parking area and fifteen minutes later we were in our Junior Suite. The bedding was freshly laundered, the bathroom was clean and adequately stocked. It was quiet, comfortable, and less than a 10 minute Lyft to the T-Mobile Center. Great place to stay.

Everything about our stay was great! The only thing that went wrong was we had our fire alarm in our room go off twice without any reason, but the manager comped our breakfast for the inconvenience (even though it really wasn’t even a big inconvenience). The property was clean, the staff was nice and accommodating, the room had everything we needed, etc. 5 stars!

Easy fixes

Our room did not have adequate curtains to block out any light or provide complete privacy. The bathroom also was not stocked with shampoo as the bottles were not refilled. The lobby was clean. The room was clean and big.

Likely won’t stay again.

The hotel checked us out of one of our rooms for no reason. When I messaged to ask why, they said it looked like we were only using one of our rooms. I assured them we had been using both rooms so she said she would check me back in. They ended up double charging us for our rooms, so we had to spend time going back to the hotel after check out to get that issue fixed. The rooms weren’t too bad. Beds looked clean, and bathroom was clean EXCEPT the bathroom vent had mold all over it.

Over and above customer service

Mix up checking in. The hotel couldn’t find our reservation. Steven at the front desk, helped us get a hold of Hotel.com, since I couldn’t find their # on the WEB site. Steven worked with the help desk and they resolved the issue together. It appears the confirmation went to the wrong email address. The hotel itself was very clean, and only 2 blocks away from the 7th street casino. I definitely would stay here again. The service is wonderful all around.
