Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home, including the backyard and patio. The laundry area is located in the basement. Please note the attic and garage are not accessible.
Our keyless door system makes for contactless entry so you can arrive whenever you would like! Now go ahead and book today- we know you want to!
The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood at the Westport/Volker area. Area is great for taking walks or biking. Close to many shops and restaurants. Located in a central location for everything you want to see in Kansas City.
Getting Around:
The KC Streetcar will give you a ride north to the River Market. The closest pick up point is north on Main St. at Union Station. Bird scooters are easily available!
There is also the city bus line, RideKC. You can find the bus routes and frequency on their website, ridekc (dot)org.
And, of course, an Uber or Lyft is a message away!

We're excited you’re interested in our space! A great deal of passion went into setting up this space for your enjoyment. We assume all our guests will be respectful and excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules and expectations.

No parties, events, or unregistered guests
No RV/trailer parking permitted
Quiet hours are enforced (11pm-7am)
Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
Pet-Friendly Home – Dogs Welcome!
We’re happy to host your furry friends! A pet fee of $150 per dog (per stay) applies, or $250 total for two dogs.
Please note: We’re unable to accommodate cats due to allergy sensitivities.
Kindly let us know in advance if you’re bringing pets so we can prepare accordingly.
Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
