Please read before booking: The homeowner lives in a completely separate walkout basement on the lower level of the property.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire first and second floors, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, deck, driveway, backyard, lake access, and kayaks.

The homeowner uses only the private basement living area and separate walkout patio. No indoor spaces are shared. The homeowner does not use the guest driveway, deck, dock, backyard seating areas, or lakefront amenities during your stay.

Guest Access:

You’ll have private access to the entire home, including your own entrance, parking, and full use of the space. Entry is easy with a keyless system—your code will be sent before check-in for a smooth, flexible arrival.

Kindly note that the basement, garage, and hall closet are reserved for owner use and are not available to guests.

The Neighborhood:

This neighborhood boasts a vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment scene all its own. You'll find a variety of shopping centers featuring a wide range of popular chain stores, making it easy to shop for everything you need. Please be respectful to neighbors, quiet hours 10pm-7am.



Getting Around:

Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.. You may park in our driveway. There is also off street parking. We prefer you message us and let us know how many cars are involved with your inquiry to discuss. Our goal is to not disrupt the neighborhood.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



Disclaimer- We have ONE exterior security camera located at the entrance of our home that records activity during your stay. It is directed toward the public view. The camera is in place to help ensure compliance with our House Rules, including monitoring occupancy, our No Smoking Policy, No Party or Unauthorized Guests/Visitors Policy, and for liability purposes. The footage remains private and is only used for these purposes.



LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.
