When we checked in, the person at the counter seemed very unprofessional. She finally got our keys and wrote our room number on them. We went to the room on the 3rd floor and the keys would not work. So I went all the way back and she checked them and programmed them again. We went all the way back and this time they worked. But there was someone already in that room. So we went back again. She said that she had made a mistake and our room was a different number. Horrible experience.

Our son stayed at this hotel as he prepared to relocate to this area for his new ATC career. He knew no one but the friendly hotel staff gave him recommendations of places to eat and activities as well as more permanent housing to visit. The room was spacious and very comfortable too. Highly recommended!

Rooms are large but it smelled "moldy". Couldn't get rid of the odor and I was not discounted for the inconvenience. Also, neighbors talking loud and slamming doors all night.
