Guest Access:

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space except for the garage. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.



The Neighborhood:

Safe and family friendly neighborhood. Close to everything! Restaurants, groceries stores, coffee shops, shopping, parks and all major highways!



Getting Around:

Our driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars for parking. Most attractions will require taking an $10-$20 Uber/Lyft ride or renting a car.



Other Things to Note:

★PETS - We do allow well behaved pets with prior approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $50 fee per pet per stay that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. If you have any questions, please let us know. Unapproved pets are not permitted. Guests are required to pick up after their pet. This home does have a fenced in yard, or you can take your pet on a walk around the neighborhood.

LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.



HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors and the other occupants of the house. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!



Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.



There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you.



NOTE: There is an exterior security camera at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
