"The property is a little dated BUT the staff and cleanliness made up for it. I can tell they’re working hard to make it better. The receptionist’s was very friendly and made absolutely sure if I needed anything to let her know that made me feel special. I will definitely stay there again and I will recommend it to other people."

"Great hotel, decent rate, everything is clean and new, very well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool (lots of chlorine), the parking lot has EV charging stations, breakfast was good, just juice machine out of order. It was relatively close to the Ark Encounter, which was our main reason for being there (roughly 20 minutes drive or less). If I come back to the area will definitely want to stay there again."

"It was an excellent place to stay if you’re going to the Ark….it’s very close & and easy walk. Rooms cleans and roomy for 2 people. Breakfast had a big variety of food to choose from. I liked the Belgian waffles you could make, variety of juices, everyone could find something. I would have liked more fruit but that’s just me. Check-in & out was easy & quick. Parking adequate. Staff didn’t have recommendations for restaurants so you were on your own with that. I would recommend to folks especially if going to Ark."

"The Inn is indeed of complete remodeling. Only thing updated was the flooring. Whatever the motel uses for deoderizing is horrible! My eyes burned, had to open the window and turn on fan to rid the odor ( took a couple hours). If someone has severe allergies to perfumes, etc they would have had need of an epi pen. Holes noted in walls, toilet paper holder had been broken, leaving a hole in wall, the exhaust fan was displaced and a small spider was living at the top of it. Noted a dead cockroach between bed and nightstand. The window sill was filled with dirt, patch work paint job on walls. The door was in horrible shape, the wall mounted door stopper was on the floor, hole in the wall. The hallway, every door needed replacement, the stairwell was also in need of work to replace the the wood under carpet."

"Thank goodness for reviews! We took some tips from reviews and brought a heater and extra blankets does not have heat but we were comfortable. My grandkids loved the tent great experience place was very clean and bath rooms was a short walk but clean wifi was a little spotty but loved our stay. Also life flight is station next door but we are first responders and this was a add bonus and kids loved watching them take off and land. "
