"From the moment we turned town the driveway to Wedgetail Down we felt like we were in a movie set. The property is stunning and Betty and Peter thought of every detail and little touch to make us feel welcome. Everything you need to cook and bbq is there, the bed is so comfortable, the rain shower so nice after a long day of hiking. The house is fascinating and absolutely gorgeous. "We stayed at the property for 3 nights with kids and it was great. Step out of the property and there’s the Esplanade. The owner had thankfully stocked jam, milk, vegemite, cereals etc as well which was very handy - there was always food when the kids got hungry at odd hours and most places were closed due to Easter long weekend. Highly recommend! "

"Over about a week we stayed in a luxury tent and an ocean front villa. Both were clean and well equipped. Wifi wasn’t the best. The luxury tent had a very small kitchenette and of course didn’t have great insulation so when the sun came out the walls got warm. When it was windy the tent flapped around a bit.
