Interior size is 47m2and the balcony is 8m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the hallway. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden. In the courtyard of the house, all guests have on disposal a shared swimming pool.The pool is filled with chlorine water. It is shared within 4 apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is fifteen.All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement, propre et fonctionnel. La piscine, très propre, est vraiment très agréable. L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir l'Istrie.

Prima accomodatie

2 nachten verbleven met gezin, 2 kinderen 12 en 9 jaar. Vriendelijke host. Genoeg ruimte in appartement en ook buiten. Goed onderhouden Zwembad, tafeltennis. In directe omgeving is niet veel, met de auto ben je snel in rovinj. Goede aansluiting op verschillende mtb routes vanuit appartement. Wij hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad. Bedankt!

Alles war sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Getrennte Schlafzimmer für Eltern und Kinder sowie getrennte Bäder waren sehr praktisch. Frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden zur Verfügung gestellt! Wir haben Empfehlungen für Ausflüge bekommen, der Pool war sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir wurden mit großer Herzlichkeit begrüßt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Einzelbetten sind etwas kurz, wenn man größer als 1,80 m. Ansonsten alles schön.

Wir wollten unseren Urlaub etwas verlängern und suchten dafür eine günstige Unterkunft. Haben hier für kleines Geld eine Top Unterkunft bekommen. Es war sauber, roch sehr gut und die Vermieter waren sehr nett.
