"The rooms were hot and there is a bar in the basement that was noisy and rowdy ‘til 5 a.m. We were told the bar is closing soon, and this should be resolved, but it was awful."

"The hotel has a commanding position in Wengen. The view of the mountains and valley are fantastic, and the common areas attract the guests to them. The hotel was clearly high-end decades ago, but has faded a bit. Some will find this charming, while others may not. The breakfast was excellent and should accommodate all tastes. The staff were outstanding, very personable and helpful."

"Location was very convenient to the train station. Beautiful hotel - it felt like we went back in time to an era of refinement. The room was spacious - and we had a balcony with Mountain View. Very nice to sit outside over morning coffee to enjoy the scenery. "
