"It’s not a hotel. It’s some guy running a scam. He offers converted apartment rooms for rent, but he’s not there so you cannot check in. There’s guards at the front door, but there’s no reception Area or check-in provided. And Hotels.com won’t give you a refund. And the travel insurance doesn’t work."

"The staff were very nice and helpful, as were the other guests. I felt uncomfortable staying here as a woman, especially with my young son. This felt like an old brothel. I've lived in Cambodia for a long time, and my standards are quite low, but this was quite bad. Garbage laying around near our room. The place felt trashy.
