"Great hotel ,lovely front of house team ,who always happy to help and give you full attention,but the cleaners are very poor and cleaning of room poor ,numerous occasions we found the cleaner on her phone sitting on bed or room not cleaned correctly,with no fresh towels or floor not mopped or swept,also when got home had missing items of clothes and swimsuits which went missing during stay.the hotel is in a great location and pool fantastic and very close to

The amenities ended up being less than what was listed, there are no washers, no parking, wifi sucks, etc. the pool was not clean, the food remained the same every day. It’s far from the main road. Towels were never changed, sheets never changed, never sweeper or mopped the room and we stayed for a decent time. Depending on the room the appliances did not work which we didn’t find out until everything went...
