My stay began with a 20-minute wait to check-in and then another 20-minute wait while a room was prepared. I arrived well after the check-in time so I don't understand why I could not immediately be taken to my room. The staff did not apologize for the delay nor was I offered any kind of compensatory gesture. I dined in the restaurant between breakfast and lunch, and was largely ignored by waitstaff. I waited so long for my check that I eventually left without paying thinking they would just bill my room. Eventually someone chased me down and provided me with a bill. Given the number of similar properties in the area, I don't think I would stay here again.

Clean room. But definitely outdated. Not what I expected for St Regis standards. Sockets fell out of the wall, safe in room wasn’t working, fixtures were installed slanted and there wasn’t much attention to detail. I left feeling wanting more. Best thing about staying here was definitely the bar. Visited on all nights we stayed here. Amazing live music. However, Toilets at the bar were in a horrible state by the end of the night and you could tell it wasn’t cleaned all night. Good variety of food at breakfast but overcrowded. Felt less like a luxury hotel and more like a business hotel.
