"The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. Eventually he offered us a family...
"Ok for short stay. The room is dated and not well maintained. Both toilets leak from the back making the tile floor wet. High risk of someone slipping. Advised the reception about issue but only make empty promises to have issue resolved. TV reception very poor. No tea orovided."

"Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent
But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers.
Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. I did not realise when booking that there would not be a separate shower. There are self service washing machines at the resort next door. There is also a launderette opposite the OYO hotel. Cannot report on the restaurant as restaurant was closed when we went for breakfast so had to eat elsewhere."
