The room was clean and comfortable. As we were there for the Formula 1 the hotel themed itself to it. We got a lovely welcome pack in the room and there was a special dinner experience. Staff were employed to show guests how to get to the transport at the terminal which made it easy to find where we needed to go.
Our expectation was that the room would have face cloths and reasonable water pressure for the shower. Unfortunately, there were no face cloths and the shower had pressure, but nothing worth writing home about.
All staff who we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
Would we stay there again - yes if we were overnighting or a short stay.

Property wifi bill was late and they didn’t pay. So I had no WiFi for 2 days, had to connect to other room which was very slow. Gym equipment broken, hit or miss. Area was ok. Check in property was not tracking me, even though I had already paid.

Plenty of local food stores within walking distance from KIP CORE Sentral, which is a few km from KLIA. The unit we were in has clean tile floor, water filter with hot water, but its cold water wasn’t working. We didn’t see any instructions on how to operate the laundry machine as some of the settings we tried only wash but doesn’t dry the clothes.
The overhead protector smart tv? is a nice touch although some of the apps we tried needs needs one to login. The swimming pool is good size.

"This is a very basic, tired hotel. The rooms are very 90’s. Beds are rock hard and towels are old and thin as can be. It’s also Dry. You’re not allowed to bring alcohol in. Were there out of necessity for an even and is apparently the best in Seremban but very average. I ended up leaving a few days ..."
