"The buffet was okay. There is access to the pool at the Magellan Sutera as well. The staff is polite, but less attentive than what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. I wish the entertainment i.e. bowling, billiards etc. is on site. Instead, all entertainment including the jacuzzi are on the Marina Club, which is quite a walk you'd feel lazy to go to on a hot day. The water at the beach has trash. "

"Firstly, if you read that this hotel has a free shuttle from the airport, don’t believe it (like I did before I booked based on it). There is no shuttle and this is false advertising. Secondly, if you write to them via Expedía, other than them telling you there is no shuttle, you won’t get any response to questions about taxis or any other forms of transport to get there. I tried three times with no reply. My advice is to download the Grab app (I read they took over Uber here) then use it with...
