Horrible hotel

I can’t even find the words to describe how terrible this Hotel Jerai is ..!!! THE ROOMS AND THE BATHROOM ARE FILTHY.. THE SINK DRAINAGE PIPE LEAKS.. ! THE REST OF THE HOTEL IS A DISASTER ZONE ..!
